Your data is used solely and exclusively for the following purposes:- Model Submissions: To present and submit your profile to reputable UK and international modelling agencies for the purpose of securing professional representation.
- Industry Opportunities: To communicate with you regarding scouting updates, test shoot opportunities, or industry-related advice.
- Communication: To maintain essential contact with you, the applicant.
Legal Basis & Consent
Applicants must provide explicit consent for their data to be used. By agreeing, you confirm you have been informed of this notice.Important Legal Clause: Consent may be withdrawn at any time by written request to the contact provided below. The withdrawal of your consent will not affect the legality of any data sharing or processing that took place before the withdrawal.
Sharing, Storage, and Retention
- Sharing: Data will only be shared with verified industry professionals and established agencies for the purpose of scouting and representation, and only with your prior consent.
- Storage: All digital data is stored on secure, password-protected devices and cloud platforms accessible only by the Scout.
- Retention: Data will be retained for a maximum of 2 years unless you are signed to a contract, or you request deletion sooner.
